你可以表达开心、脆弱、困惑或难过，但不要以攻击、羞辱、欺骗、骚扰或制造恐慌的方式伤害他人。低压力互动不等于没有责任。
二、保护公开互动边界
不要索要或公开真实姓名、住址、学校、单位、证件、银行卡、验证码、精确位置或其他敏感信息。不要诱导转账、投资、兼职、中奖、外部交易或高风险线下见面。遇到可疑内容时请举报、屏蔽并停止交流。
三、尊重情侣空间边界
- 只邀请你明确希望绑定的人，不公开传播邀请码；
- 不强迫伴侣分享完整路线、照片、语音、答案或其他隐私；
- 不在未经同意的情况下截图、导出、转发或公开对方内容；
- 关系变化时，先协商备份和删除，再谨慎关闭情侣空间。
四、管理自己的内容
你可以删除自己有权删除的公开内容、照片、语音和评论，管理运动分享级别，并通过系统设置撤回相册、麦克风、位置和通知权限。导出或分享后，请妥善保护生成的文件。
五、现实安全

1. Express with care
You may share joy, vulnerability, confusion, or sadness, but do not attack, shame, deceive, harass, or frighten others. Low-pressure interaction still carries responsibility.
2. Protect public boundaries
Do not request or expose sensitive identity, financial, verification, or precise-location information. Do not induce transfers, investments, external transactions, or unsafe offline meetings. Report and block suspicious activity.
3. Respect Couple Space
Invite only the person you intend to pair with. Do not pressure a partner to share routes, photos, voice, answers, or other private information. Do not screenshot, export, forward, or publish partner content without permission. Discuss backups before closing a shared space.
4. Control your content
Delete content you control, manage route sharing, withdraw system permissions, and protect files after exporting or sharing them.
5. Real-world safety
Ormo is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger or risk of self-harm or harm to others, contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or a qualified professional.
