一、适用内容
本规范适用于用户在公开区域、聊天、画作互动和情侣空间中提交的文字、图片、语音、评论、个人资料、运动说明及其他内容。私密内容不会因此公开，但仍需遵守法律和安全规则。
二、禁止内容与行为
- 违法犯罪、暴力恐怖、赌博毒品、诈骗、非法交易或规避监管；
- 色情低俗、性剥削、涉及未成年人的不当内容；
- 骚扰、威胁、侮辱、诽谤、仇恨歧视、跟踪或鼓励自伤伤人；
- 泄露他人隐私、冒充他人、侵犯肖像权、著作权或其他合法权益；
- 广告垃圾、外部引流、诱导转账、刷量、外挂或破坏服务安全；
- 未经伴侣同意公开、传播或商业使用情侣空间中的内容和路线。
三、审核与处置
Ormo 使用本地风险规则与当前服务区配置的 AI 内容安全服务审核用户提交的文字；头像、公开图片和公开画作在展示前必须经同区 AI 审核，通过后才会展示。审核服务不可用或无法确认安全时，内容不会发布。相关界面会在发送前明确告知本次处理；情侣空间私密图片不进入公开图片审核链路。用户举报仍用于发现漏审和持续违规。根据严重程度，我们可能提示修改、阻止发布、降低展示、删除内容、限制功能、冻结或注销账号，并依法配合主管机关。
四、举报、屏蔽与申诉
用户可以举报不当内容或账号、屏蔽造成困扰的用户，并删除自己有权删除的内容。我们会在收到有效的令人反感内容举报后24小时内处理。对处置有异议可通过 support@ormo.app 申诉。

1. Scope
This Policy applies to text, images, voice, comments, profiles, activity notes, and other content submitted in public areas, chats, drawing interactions, and Couple Space. Private content is not made public by this policy but must still comply with law and safety rules.
2. Prohibited content
Illegal, violent, terrorist, gambling, drug-related, fraudulent, explicit, exploitative, minor-inappropriate, harassing, threatening, hateful, self-harm-promoting, privacy-violating, impersonating, infringing, spam, transfer-inducing, automated abuse, or service-disrupting content is prohibited. Do not disclose or commercially use partner content or routes without permission.
3. Moderation
Ormo reviews submitted text using local risk rules and an AI content-safety provider configured for the current service region. Avatars, public images, and public drawings must pass same-region AI review before they appear. If the provider is unavailable or cannot confirm safety, publication is blocked. The relevant screen gives notice before an image is sent; private Couple Space images do not enter this public-image review flow. Reports remain available for missed or repeated violations. We may request edits, block publication, reduce visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or cooperate with authorities.
4. Reports and appeals
Users can report, block, and delete content they control. We act on valid objectionable-content reports within 24 hours. Appeals: support@ormo.app.
